What happens if I miss a delivery?

No sweat.

Our shipping service tries three times to get a signature with your box delivery. If they miss you, they’ll hold the box at the nearest customer center for five business days, where you can pick it up.

And if you’re unable to retrieve your wines during this time, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. We’ll either refund you for the missed wine or send you another complimentary box.
